A 3D model is highly effective for clients as it allows them to visualize the end product with accuracy and detail, reducing any ambiguity or misunderstanding. It enables clients to make informed decisions about design choices, materials, and aesthetics before the actual construction or production begins, saving time and resources. Furthermore, a 3D model enhances workflow efficiency by facilitating collaboration among team members, enabling better communication and coordination, and reducing errors and rework during the design and development stages.

I studied 3D Modeling + Animation at BCIT so I have a strong understanding of the VFX pipeline; I was taught Maya and Z-Brush in school but I have since started using SketchUp and Blender (currently learning Unreal Engine 5) for a vast majority of my work. I taught myself how to use the software mentioned above through YouTube tutorials, Google searches and reading forums.
